Quin & Co Ltd are excited to announce that our plans to re-develop Suffolk House, acquired in the Seel & Co auction have been submitted to the LPA following a pre application consultation.

Our plans involve the retention of the main building and removing the unsightly alterations and extensions, replacing them with eight town houses and a sympathetic extension to the building to provide 10 apartments.

With replacement trees, landscaping improvements and on-site parking we're looking forward to working with the planners and local community to deliver this exciting scheme to Pontcanna.

The application is registered under 18/01064/MJR with Cardiff Council.
