The Bank - Penthouse Progress Update

Works on the 2700 square foot Penthouse at The Bank, Cardiff Bay are progressing well under the protection of the temporary roof. The steel frame is complete, with the lift shaft brought through directly into the Penthouse now extended.

The Penthouse is an additional storey to the listed building sitting on top of where the old flat roof and plant was. With nearly 900 foot of external space this will be a stunning space to live in.

The temporary roof will be coming down once the roof covering is complete and we will be able to install the extensive full height glazing.
