The Bank - Internal Construction Update

Works within the fifteen apartments at The Bank are progressing well with the majority of the apartments fully plastered.

We're in the process of introducing features back into the building including plastered cornicing and various panel detailing.

The extended part of the building and the central lightwell feature have had heritage aluminium windows installed with glazing bars with the original white glazed bricks visible.

The original sash windows have been replaced with identical hardwood sash windows, with acoustic double glazing.

We're using plastered downlighters for subtle architectural lighting. The next stages of construction will involve fitting the engineered wood flooring and continuing to second fix the woodwork.

We expect to launch marketing of the apartments in the next few weeks.
