Malvern Drive - Construction Update

Over the last few months it's been exciting to see our scheme of 121 affordable housing units at Malvern Drive in Cardiff fly up.
The units are being developed for Linc Housing association and we appointed WRW Construction as our main contractors.
Careful selection of multi bricks and cedral cladding to the apartments as part of the timber frame construction has resulted in really good quality of finish.
Nine houses face the park to provide accommodation for families.
Internally the development is progressing well with kitchens starting to be fitted.
